MS Ed, Elementary Education (N-6), Special Education (N-12), and Literacy Specialist (N-12). Erica is originally from Clinton, NY, and moved here after graduating from SUNY Geneseo for both her undergraduate and graduate degree. She taught in Rush-Henrietta as a 1st/2nd grade teacher for 7 years. Erica enjoyed team teaching with Reading Specialists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and ESL teachers. She is committed to promoting diversity through education and professional development. Currently Erica is the Director of SES in the Rochester area where she works towards providing higher quality tutoring opportunities.

Robert Blaser, MS, CAS, Director of SES Operations Buffalo, has a well rounded background in education. With degrees from several accredited NYS teaching schools he holds multiple teacher and administration certifications. He has been an effective teacher in special education across multiple grade levels and content areas. In an administrative role, he has collaborated to implement new programs, support staff, created innovative forms of student instruction, and supervised extended school programs.

MS Ed, Elementary Education and Special Education She is originally from Rochester area. She completed her undergraduate work at Nazareth College of Rochester where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. She completed her graduate program at Roberts Wesleyan College of Rochester where she earned a Master’s degree in Elementary Education (1-6) and Special Education (1-6). Previously she worked at Brighton Central School district and now works for Falls View Academy as Lead SES Tutor. As a certified educator, she enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and students. She is passionate about supporting the growth and education of others. She feels a great teacher inspires their student and will strive, always, to encourage and support the dreams and aspirations of others.

Carol is the Director of Music Education, as well as one of the preschool teachers at Falls View Academy. Carol received a BS in Pyschology from the University of Rochester. As an undergraduate, she studied Developmental Psychology, English and Music. After college, she worked for Cornell University in Developmental Psychology, studying suggestibility in children. She was the lead research assistant (collecting data, coding data), and conducted interviews with children at day care centers in Rochester and Ithaca. She then earned her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education (N-6) from the University of Rochester's Warner School. She student taught in the Rochester City Schools. After completing her graduate work, Carol taught 4th grade and Nursery School at the Harley School. In addition, she worked for BOCES, tutoring children at Strong Hospital. After taking time off to raise three boys, Carol is happy to be back in the classroom, and part of the FVA team. As director of Music Education, she oversees the music program at Falls View Academy, scheduling piano and guitar lessons and recitals, and working directly with the music teachers to ensure an enriching music experience for our students.
