Our teacher-to-student ratio is always one-to-one. We have found one-to-one teaching to be much more effective than shared teachers.

Our teachers are with their students virtually 100% of the time during their sessions.

Do you provide a free assessment?

*FREE: the fine print is it’s free if they sign up for a 20 hour block of tutoring, but at the 10 hour block it will be $40.

Yes. We have a strict recruitment process, and only one in ten tutors are good enough to work on our team. Every tutor is fully trained and tested on all aspects of the AAH Learning System.

What certification, training and experience do your tutors have?

Most of our tutors are university or college graduates or students, some with Masters or PhD degrees in their respective fields. They are all experienced and have fulfilled all requirements to become FVA tutors.

If I have questions or concerns, who do I deal with?

Our dedication to customer service is absolute. If you have a question or concern that cannot be answered by your tutor, you will receive a call, usually within the same day, by a senior employee of our company.

What kind of feedback will parents get of their student’s progress?

The initial assessment results will be shared with both students and their parents so that mutual expectations for achievement can be developed and collaborative goal-setting exercises can be put in place for the student’s individualized learning plan. Furthermore, we are dedicated to keeping your student on the path to success by carefully monitoring and tracking progress, all which will be transparently shared with parents. We want parents to become active members in our learning community and are always looking for them to volunteer and participate in academy events.
